Terms of service
Last updated: 22 September 2026
1. Who provides PawDocky
PawDocky is operated under the brand aenordic.
Support and privacy enquiries: aenordicvfx@proton.me
These terms cover the PawDocky website and business-management software. PawDocky helps pet hotels, kennels and daycare businesses organise bookings, room assignments, guest records, care and staff access. We supply software; your business remains responsible for animal care, customer agreements and services.
2. Accounts and permitted use
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. Provide accurate account information, protect your login and recovery code, and give staff only the access they need. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Do not use PawDocky unlawfully, upload material you have no right to process, attempt to access another business's records, distribute malware or disrupt the service. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
3. Customer records and documents
Your business decides what personal information it collects, why it is needed and how long to retain it. Give affected people an appropriate privacy notice and establish the required legal basis. Upload only necessary documents, restrict access and remove them when no longer needed. A document upload feature does not establish permission to collect identity documents or other sensitive information.
Check dates, prices, care instructions and payment records before relying on them. Recorded payments and refunds describe transactions made outside PawDocky; saving a record does not transfer money.
4. Free access and subscriptions
The free plan covers five dogs staying simultaneously across a hotel's properties, with unlimited saved dog profiles. Paid subscriptions are optional and include all current features and the configured hotel capacity, up to 1,000 dogs.
At paid checkout, the selected plan's features, limits, price, currency, tax treatment and billing frequency will be shown before purchase. Annual fees are paid upfront. Paid plans are configured with a seven-day free trial requiring payment details. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, an activated trial converts to the paid subscription selected at checkout. Subscriptions then renew at the disclosed frequency unless cancelled.
Where checkout is provided by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record for the software purchase. Its Buyer Terms also apply to that transaction. PawDocky subscriptions do not pay for boarding or other pet-care services.
5. Cancellation and refunds
For an activated Paddle subscription, use the subscription-management link supplied with your purchase or contact Paddle Buyer Support to cancel renewal. Cancellation normally leaves access until the end of the paid period unless a refund or termination changes that. See our Refund Policy. Mandatory legal rights always apply.
6. Availability, changes and account closure
Early-access features may change and service interruptions may occur. Keep independent copies of critical business records. We may restrict access where necessary to investigate misuse, protect data or comply with law. Where practicable, we will explain a restriction and give an opportunity to resolve it. Contact support to request account closure or help retrieving your records before closure.
We will communicate material changes to these terms or an active subscription before they take effect where required. Updates will show a new date on this page. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Privacy and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Contact us using the details above for service questions or disputes. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not restricted by these terms.
