Can I use PawDocky now?
Yes. Create your own workspace and start with the free plan for up to 5 dogs staying at once. Upgrade only when you need more capacity.
How does the free plan count dogs?
The free plan covers up to 5 dogs staying at your hotel at the same time, across all your properties. It is not a limit on saved dog profiles or bookings over time. Choose the paid plan when you need more than 5 dogs at once.
Will I be charged automatically?
The free plan needs no card. If you choose a paid trial, it lasts 7 days and then converts to your selected recurring subscription unless cancelled. You confirm the amount and billing frequency at checkout.
Do I need a map image?
No. Start with a blank canvas and draw your property. An aerial image is an optional guide to help trace buildings and spaces.
Can my employees use it?
Yes. Invite staff to your hotel workspace and assign their roles. Each person signs in with their own account.
Does PawDocky take payments from pet owners?
Currently, you record payments and refunds received outside PawDocky. These records help track booking balances; PawDocky does not process your customers’ payments.
